Impotency

In my early 60's now, though slim and in decent shape not bad looking and reasonably healthy and fit I cannot get erections.
My gp says there is no physical reason why this is so its likely psychological.
It's been many many years since I experienced sexual activity perhaps this is why my mind my subconscious says what's the point?
It's difficult to meet someone.
I have thought about going for a sensual massage but it scares me.
