Learnt originally to help a friend with Lymphedema who found the cost very prohibitive and so could only have help occasionally.

Since then.. I have helped loads of people find help of one sort or another because I truly believe this works and touch is out most undervalued sense... and if I'm wrong and doesn't help... it still just feels really really nice.

Massage therapy involves a person applying gentle pressure to your body by stroking, kneading, holding or tapping it. It can be very relaxing for both your mind and body.

I can massage the whole body, or focus on 1 area such as the hands, face, shoulders or feet. This means you do not always need to remove any clothing to have a massage... its always a bespoke service and always only what your comfortable with and able to deal with.

Some studies of people with cancer suggest that massage therapy may also help reduce anxiety, depression and fatigue.
